A Satire referring to the traditional British Sunday roast. The décor is therefore set in an opulent interior and hanging on the wall is ‘Still Life of Abundant Game’ by the Flemish painter Jan Fyt depicting freshly hunted trophies. This artwork puts into focus the debate on hunting as a cruel sports that is still in vogue in the upper echelons of society. A symbol of a certain mundanity from an elitism that is completely out of step with the times. Now the hunters have become the hunted, the protagonists, a group of wild animals, in keeping with the English countryside are having a ball and enjoying their freedom.
